JENNIFER DYMENT - Board President & Founder

Jennifer Dyment is a grant consultant, specializing in funding for independent schools and education-focused nonprofits. Since 2011, she has secured support for tuition assistance, STEM and technology, campus safety, capital projects, and educational programs.

With a deep passion for education and a strong commitment to Hawaiʻi’s students, Jennifer is dedicated to helping schools access the resources they need to thrive. She understands the unique challenges facing schools across the islands and is driven by a belief that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed.

Stephanie steinshouer - Treasurer

Stephanie Steinshouer is an Educational Therapist and Founder and Executive Director of Lokahi Connect, a Washington-based nonprofit focused on equitable literacy and language-based learning. She specializes in supporting students with dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, and other learning differences, and advises Hawaii Grants Alliance on inclusive, evidence-based program design.

jacqueline neal - Secretary

Jacqueline is a retired independent school principal with decades of experience in education and administration. She brings deep insight into school operations and governance, helping guide Hawai’i Grants Alliance’s strategic direction and responsiveness to the needs of schools, students, and families.

nicole steinshouer - marketing & social media

Nicole is a marketing professional specializing in social media. She plays a key role in helping Hawai’i Grants Alliance share its vision and expand its reach within the community.

Andi riecke - grant writer and administrator

Andi is a real estate professional and soccer club administrator with strengths in operations and grant writing. She currently serves as a volunteer with Hawai’i Grants Alliance, with a growing role as the organization expands.

jennifer haleakala - admissions and development

Jennifer is a Director of Development and Admissions who advises Hawai’i Grants Alliance on best practices in these key areas. Her commitment to supporting Hawai’i’s students aligns closely with our mission.
